Has anyone published to Sobey's Canada? I am trying to get them to create a subscription to our gln.

The request came from one of their companies called Thriftys. My contact there claims to not have anyone in the company who can help with GDSN.

I have asked her to try harder ha-ha. but I thought I would see if anyone here has contact info for Sobeys.

Hello and welcome back. I bet they loved you asking them to try harder. Are you familiar with the overall process to sync with GS1 Canada recipients or are you asking about Sobey's and have already synced with others? Thank you, this is our first-time publishing to GS1 Canada. I did see that post and I have read over the FAQ, sent questions to the 1WS help email, and both the ECCnet and GS1 CA.

1WS help said I just need to get Sobeys to start a subscription to my GLN, but GS1 Ca said I need a subscription to GS1 CA also.

ECCnet said the same but no one answered my question on how to contact Sobeys.

I am confused over if I need that subscription or not? I still need to contact Sobeys. I have not heard back from the person at Thriftys so not sure if they are trying harder 😉

I did try sending an email to their generic corporate help desk but have not heard from them either.

I believe you have a signup with GS1 Canada and they handle the subs for every GS1 Canada recipient and will also respond to you when you eventually publish to them.
