I received this on 4 different published items. I'm not sure how to proceed.

2802 WARNING On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi (nonGTINPalletHi) and Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti (nonGTINPalletTi) must be populated.

Hello @Fionak and thank you for those GTINs. That really helps us troubleshoot. When I look at this GTIN, it validates successfully at the link screen, Case and Each. Did you already correct this?

no I have not done anything yet. I am still not sure how to proceed.

Hello @Fionak, this error message is asking for the following fields to be filled out on the highest level of the hierarchy in this instance the Case. This is going to be the TI how many cases are in a row and the HI how many cases stacked are there.
