Problem: External file links could not be loaded into 1WS DAM

I'm having an issue with publishing to Albertsons. I published images via GDSN and I got an error message back SHDW1000:External File Links could not be loaded into 1Worldsync Digital Asset Management.

I checked the CIN message (XML file) transmitted and looked up the URL for the product image, it seems to be fine (I can access the image from the link if I post it to my browser).

Anybody ever encounter this error before? How did you resolve it? I have sent out an email to 1WS techsupport and also consulted our data pool provider (not using 1WS to publish) but haven't heard back from either so I just thought I'd ask here.

I have this same error just from Albertsons on items that were published over a year ago and had been successful until last week......Other customers are not sending this error on the images......Might be on Albertson's end.....????

Yes, I got a response back from 1WS tech support and they say the problem is on the recipient side. They said it's been escalated. I hope they work quickly, since Albertsons normally has very tight timelines for item setup.
