CIC 999 2802 WARNING On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GT

I have setup the Pallet/CS/EA hierarchy where the pallet has a GTIN. In the hierarchy of all 3 I have listed the TI/Hi for the GTIN option, but I keep getting the message that I need the Number of layer per non-GTIN pallet (which this is not) and when I populate that information I get an error that I shouldn't have populated that information. I'm at a loss... what am I missing?

Hello and welcome back to the Community. Would you be able to confirm what GTIN you are seeing this error on? While looking at the Worklist and recent transactions I see this on a Pallet Case hierarchy with a mixture of publications for both levels. Thanks in advance for the additional information.

Hello! I took some time to review some of your items. For all hierarchies that have a Pallet GTIN in them, I recommend populating the Number of Units per Layer in a GTIN/GTIN Pallet Ti and the Number of Layers per GTIN/GTIN Pallet Hi. Please be sure not to input any non-GTIN Ti/Hi information in hierarchies containing a Pallet GTIN.

Only for hierarchies not containing a Pallet GTIN would I recommend adding the Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non-GTIN Pallet Ti and the Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non-GTIN Pallet Hi.

Please update your items accordingly and then save your changes. If you still have issues afterwards please let us know!

I've gone through and updated everything, but now I get this error message: 2802 WARNING On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi (nonGTINPalletHi) and Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti (nonGTINPalletTi) must be populated.

This is where it gets all loopy, if I add, I'll get errors saying it needs to be one or the other, if I change I still get errors. Here are a couple of examples:

Number of Units per Layer in a GTIN/GTIN Pallet Ti / Number of Layers per GTIN/GTIN Pallet Hi should only be populated when there is a Pallet product type in your hierarchy, if there is no Pallet product type in your hierarchy (just a Case, Display, Package, or Each) then you would populate the attributes Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti / Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi

Ok that is what I thought, so then why would Albertsons and Kroger be sending me this message that I need to populate both? In all of those cases, I have a pallet and therefore I have populated the GTIN version.

May apologies, I should've clarified. Only when you publish from the Pallet level should you populate the attributes Number of Units per Layer in a GTIN/GTIN Pallet Ti / Number of Layers per GTIN/GTIN Pallet Hi.

The 3 GTINs you provided were published at those GTIN levels:
00027000690642 - CA (case)
50027000089847 - DS (display)
10027000737306 - CA (case)

So for the publications at the GTIN levels above, you should populate Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti / Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi

Ok so now based on what you have said all of my pallet level items have the GTIN information provided and the CS and EA have the non-GTIN information provided, and I'm still getting errors. Here is are a few examples of errors that were posted yesterday

Hello, You are receiving this error due to the incorrect "TI/'HI" being populated. GTIN 50027000089847 is currently set up as a "Display" > "Each" GTIN. Currently, the TI/HI is completed for a "Pallet". Attached below contains a screenshot. Please populate the "Non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti". Please make the proper corrections for the additional GTINs. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!

Thanks, that explains the display items. But unfortunately I'm still struggling.

Item 50027000612168 is published at the Pallet level and has the information at the GTIN level. And yet the warning is 2798 WARNING Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity (numberOfItemsPerPallet) must be provided.

Item 50027000612267 is published at the Pallet level has the information at the GTIN level and yet I'm still getting the following 3 errors:

2798 WARNING Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity (numberOfItemsPerPallet) must be provided.

2800 WARNING Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi (nonGTINPalletHi) must be blank.

2801 WARNING Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti (nonGTINPalletTi) must be blank.

I feel like those 3 errors say the opposite.

These are but 2 examples but they summarize my two main scenarios right now.

I don't see them when validating the hierarchy but they are showing up on my actionable items dashboard, under the recipient has requested a review. Normally that goes away when the item is fixed, it looks like the customers have synchronized with success since I have made changes but the "review" flag is still listed, so I'm assuming (and maybe incorrectly) that I still need to fix something.

I reviewed the two GTINs on the Recipient Response report which indicates some review messages that need to be addressed before the recipient will synchronize those items. I can see some attributes that are missing. The changes once saved will go over and you will get a fresh response.

We can certainly help guide you through messages so we can get them synchronized.

Something still doesn't add up, if you look at 50027000690043 all of the errors are specific to the hierarchy, it is fixed as per your suggestion and yet it is still showing up as an issue (warnings 2798, 2800 and 2801)
Any other suggestions?

Yes I'm aware of the images requirements, and I'm trying to get the images. But the sku you referenced is not the one I'm referring to, I was using 50027000690043 - this one has all the images and they have passed but I'm still seeing the hierarchy issues and I'm not sure how to resolve.

I see that you deleted the publication to US Foodservice. I recommend that you when you publish the GTIN again you publish as New with the proper images. I could see that we have not sent any content since the original publication.

Once again - the GTIN you are referencing is missing pictures (Raw and Lifestyle) and is NOT the one I'm currently struggling to find a resolution.

I would like help with 50027000690043 - it has all of the images and I'm still getting ONLY the hierarchy errors on this sku (no image errors).

I am looking at 50027000690043 in Item Management. We actually have a Pallet for the parent, so we will apply the Number of Units per Layer in a GTIN/GTIN Pallet Ti AND the Number of Layers per GTIN/GTIN Pallet Hi.

Does the case ever get published apart from the Pallet item? We would need to apply a TI/HI if so.

The consumer unit should have nothing populated for TI/HI

When/Where are you seeing the hierarchy error? I only find the Image errors for US Foodservice on the Recipient Report.
