Product Not Pulling Through to Retailer

Hi Community,

I am having issues with a product that has been pending synchronization but the retailer hasn't been able to pull that item through. The last updated info they have from publication says 7/24/23 but the most recent publication was made on 8/08/23. Do you know why this may be stuck in the Pending process?

Side note: I also have no shown error or warning messages as well.

Hello, @masonboedeker and thanks for reaching out via the Customer Community. I took a look and really need to point out something very important.

Please see the screen capture below taken from the Manage Publications Report for your GTIN. Once you publish an item to a trading partner, any future publications (unless you withdraw or delete them) should be republications. In IM, Republishing is an action that overrides Rejections and any previous publications.

You attempted to publish over an existing publication which will not trigger a new publication to the same trading partner for the same GTIN. I recommend you republish and check again n a couple of hours to see if you encountered any errors after your CIN message was successfully sent.
