I have been trying to submit items to Albertsons PI and I keep getting the same comments : VENDOR NUMBER (or Vendor Sub Account) - Missing or Incorrect The vendor number 034771-001 is not accepting due to the error message " DSC030 I 811 The above distributor is inactive", Div 24

I have checked with my Sales Manager and the person who helped set up my corporate account and they both say that my vendor number, and sub account number are correct, and that I am active. Help!
